With fitting pride, we are pleased to announce that Twinfield has been acquired by Wolters Kluwer. The acquisition by such a global organisation is a confirmation of the fact that the course we set out some 10 years ago, was indeed the right one. The quality of product and service that Twinfield offers its clients and our ideas for Twinfield’s international expansion are an excellent match with Wolters Kluwer’s business strategy. This synergy presents both organisations with many opportunities and benefits that will be passed on to customers, partners, suppliers and employees.  We are therefore convinced that the acquisition of Twinfield by Wolters Kluwer will have an enormously positive impact on all those with an interest in our business.
