Bert van der Zwan, CEO

Bert van der Zwan began his career as an accountant at BDO. He left for Hagemeijer where he was appointed managing director of Borsu Systema. Subsequently, Bert led 3Com Benelux and after several years became responsible for European operations, based in London. In 2005, he started at WebEx Communications, a service provider for online meetings and conferences, where as Vice President (EMEA) he was responsible for the activities of WebEx in Europe and for expanding the company's market share. He became Twinfield's CEO in 2009.

André Kwakernaat, CTO and founder

In 2000, André Kwakernaat, together with Maurice Tijhuis, launched Twinfield as the first online accounting service in the Netherlands. By setting out on this venture André showed himself to be a true pioneer in the field of internet-based software service delivery (SaaS). Since then, Twinfield has grown into one of the most prominent SaaS providers in the Netherlands and Europe. André is a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Utrecht and a committee member of the ASP forum. He is also the Chair Judge of the Junior Achievement Young Enterprise Europe (YA-YE) Company of the Year Competition.
