Why subscribe to Invoicing?
As you create final invoices, they are automatically booked into your accounts. This means your bookkeeper/accountant doesn’t need to re-key your invoices for you. You can send invoices to your customers electronically or by print/post.
You can monitor the amounts due from each customer and use the built-in Credit Management module to automatically send reminders for payments that are due. You can control when to send reminders, perhaps starting with a gentle one in the days before an outstanding invoice is due to be paid. By using reminders, you can proactively manage your customers’ payment behaviour.
Hundreds of accountancy firms already work with Twinfield. If you need an authorised financial report at some point when applying for credit, this can obtained from the system easily by one of these offices.
